We recently stayed at Flora apartments and were delighted with our experience. the apartments had all the amenities we needed for our longer stay, making it perfect for families. the location was fantastic, just a short distance from the ski lifts. the rooms were warm and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, although it didn't quite reach four-star quality, it was still satisfying. the swimming pool, although a little oldish, was warm and enjoyable. We also appreciated the big balcony that allowed us to soak in the beautiful surroundings. Flora apartments provided great value for money and a convenient location.

flora-daisy surpassed my expectations during my overnight stay in borovets. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the spa and massages were a wonderful added bonus.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being really close to the ski slopes and the center of the town. It was convenient for us to access the Jastrebets slopes and the gondola, allowing us to easily make the most of our skiing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a cozy place to rest after a long day on the slopes. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. We noticed that the elevator sometimes didn't work properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for avid skiers like us. The hotel also offers amazing services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring that our every need was met. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful, especially Annie at the reception. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. And we can't forget to mention the massage room, where Orla and Alex provided an incredible massage that helped ease our sore muscles.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our entire stay was marred by rude and unhelpful staff. When we encountered an issue with our room, the staff were unwilling to assist us and seemed more interested in just getting rid of us than in providing good service.
