The staff were proper chommies, so friendly! Brekkie was a feast with all sorts—especially loved the honey. couldn't get enough of it. The bed was flippin comfy, had a solid night's sleep!

Only thing was the odd smell in the room at first, but it faded by the next day.

i had a lovely stay in sofia, and the best western plus exceeded my expectations during this peaceful break. the room was spacious with a comfy bed and thick towels. Breakfast had a great variety including honey and excellent coffee. it was a wonderful experience all around.

Had a great stay! The Comfort Double Room was spacious and comfy with a big bed, nice pillows, and a flat-screen TV with English channels. The bathroom had a great shower with body wash and shampoo. Breakfast had a good variety, even honey! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was a short walk to the metro station.

Unpleasant odors linger in common areas!!! The elevator is small and may cause delays during busy times!!! Room maintenance is inconsistent and leaves much to be desired!!! The checkout process could be streamlined!!!

I stayed for 9 nights in a Comfort Double Room, Non-Smoking. The mini bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was good every morning, offering a variety of options. The room furnishings were comparable to a 4-star accommodation. Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel really impressed me! The brekkie was lekker, especially the fresh pastries and that good cappuccino. Plus, the staff were all chommies, super friendly and helpful. My room had a fantastic view, felt cozy and clean—defs had a solid sleep every night!

Only bummer was the walls were a bit thin, could hear some noise from the corridor. But overall, I had a jol!

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Borisova gradina, a beautiful park that's perfect for a relaxing stroll, and it was just a short walk to the National Palace of Culture, where I enjoyed some amazing landmarks. the breakfast was also quite impressive, offering a variety of options which made my mornings delightful.
