The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to

help with transportation options and city information. The room was spacious, featuring a big bathroom and effective air conditioning. However, the hotel is quite distant from the main attractions, so plan your travel accordingly.

such a lovely location, but i had to wait an hour just to check in while the staff fumbled with their computers. my room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning never worked, and there's zero soundproofing. i expected at least a free upgrade for my trouble, but clearly, that’s too much to ask for.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not to mention the fantastic pool! It was just perfect for a small group. Love how close it is to the airport too!

While the buffet breakfast did not impress, the cafeteria had good options, including whole wheat bread rolls, which were a hit. Parking was available, but the high fee for overnight parking felt excessive considering the ample free street parking nearby.

The hotel was clean, and the spacious family room was great for my wife, baby, and kids. We loved exploring nearby shopping spots and local dining. the staff helped us find family-friendly options that made our stay memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, noise from the hallway disrupted our little one’s sleep. It would be great if they offered connecting rooms for larger families.

Great location with friendly staff ❤️. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing chill-out zone. Perfect for those with a car, easy access to eateries and running spots nearby. Tour assistance was a nice touch!

Could improve breakfast options and provide complimentary tea/coffee in the room.
