This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. It made exploring Varna so convenient and enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessities included. I especially loved the attention to detail, like having an extra pillow and hotel slippers waiting for me. great value for money and a wonderful experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. However, it didn't really affect my overall experience, as everything else was perfect.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sea garden and the main street leading to the sea. We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel in Varna. The location was excellent, right next to the park and just near the main park entrance. It was also conveniently located close to the main street that leads to the sea. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided great service and were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The parking was a bit difficult to find and was not located within the hotel area.

Great location in the heart of the city. Spacious and comfortable room, with clean towels and linens provided. the air conditioning was also good, which was important during the hot days of our city break.

The bathroom could use some improvement, as the shower head was not functioning properly and there was no place to put our toiletries. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.
