We had a wonderful stay at a great aparthotel in the heart of the city. The spacious apartment was well-kept and had a comfortable sitting room. The 24-hour open reception made us feel safe and the friendly lady at the reception even helped us find our way to the laundry. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Plovdiv. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, close to all attractions and surrounded by the vibrant art scene of the Kapana neighborhood. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore Plovdiv. Secondly, the rooms were wonderful. They had a separate bedroom, which allowed for privacy, and the views from the several balconies were breathtaking. The rooms were also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, and we even had breakfast included, which was a great start to the day.

Everything was more than ok, with no major issues.

The apartment had great views and was located in a lively neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful when we first arrived.

We also had an issue with an extra charge for a torn blanket that we didn't cause, and the staff was uncooperative and blamed us for the damage. This soured our experience and left us with a negative impression of the hotel.
