It was a great place to relax and cool off. The hotel staff at the outside bar near the pool were friendly and provided great service. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed playing crazy golf in the beautiful surroundings.

The majority of the staff, especially those in the restaurant, were unsmiling and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The food at the restaurant was repetitive and not very enjoyable.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway at a fabulous hotel by the beach. Loved the variety of food options for breakfast and dinner, with freshly baked goods every day. the staff were efficient and courteous, making our stay a pleasant experience. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions, while still maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard with daily service. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus allowing us to keep connected.

There were a few monotonous evening options in the dinner menu, however, this was not a problem as there was always something for everyone. Though the entertainment team put on shows every night, they lacked enthusiasm, and the shows were mediocre.

The location of the hotel is superb, right on the beach with a variety of entertainment options. The rooms are tidy and clean, providing a beautiful view from the high floors. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking and ensures that the beach is always clean and organized.

Some staff members, unfortunately, had limited English skills, which hindered effective communication at times.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location on the beach side in the quiet part of Sunny Beach was perfect. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and have our toes in the sand in just a few steps. The view from our room was stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pools were big and clean, and we always found a sunbed available. The food at the buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the traditional Bulgarian dishes and the fresh sushi. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the most fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were superb. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being beautiful and clean. The hotel had 2 amazing swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids, which were cleaned every morning. The sun loungers were incredibly comfortable, with 2-inch thick foam mattresses. The location was perfect, right on the beach strip leading to the main clubs and bars. The bar staff were very attentive and the waiting staff provided excellent service.
