The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We were there during a big game, and they rearranged everything just to fit us in. The food was seriously yummy! One lil thing, the room could use some soundproofing since we heard some noise from the hallway, but honestly, the vibe totally made up for it.

Our experience was marred by cleanliness issues, with hair found in the bathroom and beds upon arrival. Managing these issues was frustrating, and while the staff was friendly, it didn't significantly improve our comfort. The breakfast selection was rather limited, lacking variety which left us disappointed, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the bar served delicious meals that were a highlight. Check for reservations at the restaurant as it can get busy, but the breakfast was definitely worth waking up for. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

the shower was freezing cold, just absolutely delightful, and the room was as dark as a cave, truly an ambiance. What’s even worse? I expected a nice room upgrade for my troubles, but no one bothered to offer anything! I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

the staff were wonderfully welcoming, especially helen at the front desk. loved the varied breakfast options and the lively bar atmosphere. a pleasant stay, very accessible to local attractions. loved the picnic box for our day out! 😊

From the moment we checked in, the reception staff treated us like VIPs,,, Helen was especially friendly and even recommended local spots to check out. The food in the dining room was incredible, we both tried the full Irish breakfast one morning, and it was like a feast fit for kings!

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.

The gardens were such a lekker spot for brekkie outside, enjoying the sun while the food was fresh and made to order. Geraldine at reception was a total chommie, helping us figure things out like the local spots to check out. Space was super comfy, got a real good night's sleep!

Only thing was the location a bit out of town, but honestly, it was a nice walk, so not too bad.

the pillows were a bit too hard for my taste. but the warm welcome from the staff was heartwarming! ! the dining choices were excellent, especially the homemade brown bread. loved the fresh water bottles provided during meetings!

I had a fantastic experience with the lovely warm welcome during check-in and their impressive bar food. The one downside was the pillows were too hard for my comfort. Would stay again!
