The lobby is a lovely place to relax. The rooms were nicely decorated with a big, comfy bed and a good shower. The breakfast options were GREAT and the staff was very helpful. a fantastic stay!

Had a great Christmas experience here! The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect, close to both parks and shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and coffee. the hotel provided free parking which was very convenient.

The rooms were a bit outdated, and the heating system was difficult to control. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and inconsistent at times, but it wasn't a big issue as we spent most of our time exploring the city.
