I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within easy reach of Taksim and the Mall of Istanbul. The hotel staff were polite and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel provided transportation and parking facilities.

The staff at the front desk were not always friendly and at times seemed disinterested in helping. The noise level from other guests in other rooms was occasionally disruptive, interrupting our sleep.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The Spa & wellness centre was luxurious and exceeded expectations with the body scrub and massage. The indoor swimming pool was clean and the sun loungers provided a peaceful atmosphere. We loved the garden area and the leisure/TV room was a great place to relax. The room advantages were exclusive, with a private spa centre and steam room - perfect for a luxury escape. The restaurant provided Halal food, with a great variety of special diet menus. The poolside snack bar had a delicious selection of drinks. The staff was attentive and catered to our every need.

The only minor issue was that the hotel was located in a faraway area, making it difficult to access other areas of the city.
