We got great value for our money at Grand Hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, with a direct pedestrian bridge leading to the beach. The staff treated us with utmost kindness, making sure we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by having a better supply of coffee cups, as we often had to use paper cups instead.

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore and access various amenities and attractions. Additionally, it is situated right by the seaside, providing guests with a stunning view and easy access to the perfect beach. The rooms are spacious and bright, offering a comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern with mosaic tiles and a separate shower, adding a touch of luxury. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day.

There were some issues with the service, such as slow and inattentive waitstaff in the restaurant.

The hotel offers great value for money. Its location is superb, close to both the sea and the lake, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The spa facilities are fantastic and have everything you need to relax and rejuvenate.

Some of the staff, especially at the reception and spa, had a poor attitude and were unfriendly, making it challenging to get any assistance. The food was okay, but it could have been better, and the lack of water during dinner was quite surprising.

The luxurious amenities at the venue are exceptional. The Spa & wellness center is spacious and well-maintained, offering excellent massage services and body wraps. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are immaculate, along with the Turkish bath and steam room. Beach access is straightforward, and the sun loungers provide serene moments to explore the garden area. The spa center is serene, which allows you to unwind and enjoy your time.

The parking facilities can be problematic during peak season, which can be frustrating. Although this hotel provides access to various exclusive facilities, there may be minor details that need attention.
