The natural surroundings were breathtaking and provided a peaceful and serene environment for a relaxing holiday. The staff at the resort were friendly and always willing to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities at the resort were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options. my experience at Premier Resort exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

The location of the resort was amazing, with easy access to the Sani Pass. the views from the resort were breathtaking, and it truly added to the overall experience. the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our trip to Lesotho. the dinner at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that were less than satisfactory. the rooms were not up to standard, with some essential amenities not in working order, like the toilet vent and clogged bathroom drains.

The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and plenty of nearby activities for everyone. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We would definitely consider coming back.

Plus, the convenience of being close to Sani Pass made exploring the area a breeze.

Spectacular mountain views, spacious and comfortable rooms, outstanding hospitality, great buffet. Sefton Cramer went above and beyond for our 40th anniversary. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. One specific problem was the dirty toilet in our room, which the hotel didn't seem to take seriously. No minibar and no Wi-Fi in chalet. No apology for slippery shower. Pools were too green and the tennis courts were unusable. I would still recommend this hotel.

The pools were clean and inviting, and the lounge area was cozy and well-maintained.

Not to mention, the superior double room was neat and offered an amazing mountain view. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated the room service. The hikes were a fun adventure, and with tours/ ticket assistance, exploring the area was a breeze. The staff, especially the management, were gracious hosts and made my stay all the more enjoyable.
