We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Arte Spa & Park exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location on the outskirts of town provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from, and we enjoyed every dish we tried. Our room, a Deluxe, was spacious and well designed, offering practicality and comfort. The cleaning service was reliable, ensuring our room was always well-stocked and tidy. The hotel also had great facilities, including a kids club, entertainment area, and a fantastic spa with saunas, steam baths. We particularly enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool, which was perfect for relaxation.

Some minor inconveniences were noticed during the stay. The spa facilities were a bit overcrowded, especially around the indoor pool, which made it difficult to find enough space.

The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering various treatments like massages, full body massages, body scrub, and beauty treatments. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities were stunning. The breathtaking garden area and spa lounge were perfect for welcoming live entertainment.

Although the treatment rooms were fantastic, the steam room was not as clean as it should have been. this hotel was an outstanding venue to relax and unwind, and we received an excellent service that was worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay at Arte Spa & Park! The hotel's location was perfect, situated on the outskirts of town and close to nature. Our room had a balcony with a lovely pool view, which was especially enjoyable in the mornings and afternoons. The internet connection was stable, especially in the lobby bar where I often work online. The food was delicious and varied, particularly during the busy days when the hotel was full. The staff was exceptionally kind and polite, turning our initial negative impression around. The spa treatments and massages were excellent and well-priced compared to other hotels in Velingrad. We would definitely visit again, mainly for the spa and service.

Huge spa with many kinds of saunas, pools, and comfortable sunbeds. Tasty breakfast and dinner, with a great variety of foods available. Very nice location, away from noise and traffic. Excellent service and family-oriented atmosphere.

It is conveniently located very close to the city center, so you can easily explore the local restaurants in Velingrad. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities are outstanding, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.

One downside is that the door of the lobby bar was sometimes left open, causing a cigarette smell to permeate the area.

As a backpacker, I loved the friendly staff and the variety of meals at the restaurant. The spa had plenty of space for relaxation and there were lots of activities for children.

We felt most welcome and had no complaints at all.
