We had an amazing time at Excelsior! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was spotlessly clean and had a fresh scent, a testament to the hotel's attention to cleanliness. the highlight for us was the free hourly shuttle to and from the beach, making it convenient to explore the beautiful seaside. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Excelsior to anyone visiting for vacation or business.

The hotel room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making sure our room was cleaned daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The food offered a wide variety of options, including delicious choices for vegetarians. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel is located in a prime spot at the top of a hill, offering stunning views of Golden Sands. Despite being a little far from the beach , the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large terrace with table and chairs. The staff is friendly and the animators create a fun and lively atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner, with plenty of options for meat and vegetables.

There are many stairs that need to be climbed to reach the beach.

Absolutely amazing experience! Staff were super friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located. We loved the delicious food and modern room amenities, like air conditioning and a balcony for every room. the pool area was incredible with loads of sun beds and fun activities like table tennis and volleyball/football/tennis courts for a reasonable fee.

The shuttle to the beach was only once per hour, and the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was extremely slow. It would have been better if the shuttle ran more frequently and if the Wi-Fi was faster.

Hotel Excelsior made us feel at home with its attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The variety of food options, including great choices for vegetarians, added to our enjoyable stay. The location, with a short walk to the beach and a convenient free shuttle service, was also a plus. The bar and poolside area provided a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
