Check-in was easy and the room was clean and relaxing. Enjoyed the buffet dinner with classical music playing in the background. Staff were polite and friendly throughout.

Undercover parking is inconvenient as you have to walk around the building to reach the entrance. the hotel does not cater for halaal food and ordering food from outside requires physically going down to the reception to collect it yourself.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Hillfox sports arena, which was very convenient as I was there for a tournament. Additionally, it was easy to navigate to other areas from the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the park and lake. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, and the buffet breakfast was superb.

There were a few broken things in the hotel and in our room, which should have been fixed.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to accommodate my reservation. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and even a balcony to enjoy the view. All of this, plus breakfast included in the rate, made it a fantastic value for the price.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and there was nothing that I didn't like.
