During my Christmas stay, I really liked the upgraded room that was spacious, stylishly furnished, and had ample space for me to relax. The large comfortable bed and soft sheets provided a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. the staff at the hotel were excellent in terms of greetings and being helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that they could order food for me, which was then conveniently delivered to my door.

I was disappointed that there was no lift in the hotel. As an older guest, it was a bit challenging to navigate the stairs.
