Beautiful coastline, cozy hotel. The cabana room was a lifesaver—direct access to the pool and ocean view was fantastic. The diverse crowd added to the experience. Food and drink options were good, plus the Thursday night comedian on the rooftop was a highlight. cleanliness was a major issue. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, trash piled up, and we found a random pill. The heat malfunctioned, and management offered minimal compensation. Staff were friendly, but the inconsistency in service fell short of expectations for a property with these rates. It has potential, but improvements in housekeeping and maintenance are essential for a more enjoyable stay.

I was really let down when I arrived and my “ocean-view” room actually faced the street. I ended up shelling out more for an upgrade.

The room was spacious and newly updated, providing an amazing view of the beach. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool and inviting. the pull-out couch was lacking support, making it less than ideal for my older child. Noise levels were low, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. the room provided the essentials for a family getaway, though there were minor areas for improvement.

The outdoor pool area was a sun-soaked paradise with cozy loungers and friendly bar staff! I loved the complimentary s'mores kit during movie night, which added a fun, whimsical touch. The attentive staff and comfortable room made my stay truly enjoyable!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. The ocean view is fantastic, and the amenities are great, including a spa with massage options and a fitness center. There's a nice tiki bar by the beach and s'mores for kids at night. Breakfast was tasty too!

The beautiful beach is just steps away, allowing for endless strolls along the soft sand and relaxing moments on the private balcony of our spacious corner terrace room, which was filled with large windows and patio doors for a perfect view; the friendly staff helped make our experience enjoyable, and the clean and beautifully appointed hotel provided cozy spots to unwind, including the great outdoor patio and pool areas with complimentary S’mores to warm up by at the fire pits! It's important to note that while the hotel has many positive features, some areas could be a bit cleaner.

Omg, 🤩 you gotta try the omelets made by chef lou at breakfast - a special treat! the beach view from the room was breathtaking, but the slow service and messy lobby were a downside 😔.

When we arrived at The Shores, I was delighted by the spacious double room that had a huge closet and a lovely desk area perfect for both work and makeup. The outdoor space was a nice touch, although we didn't get to enjoy it due to the weather. There were some notable cons during our time at The Shores. Despite the initial positive check, in experience, getting staff to clean the room properly was a challenge.

The attentive staff, particularly in the dining area, made our meals enjoyable with great gluten-free options and thoughtful packaging for meals.

the hot water settings in the shower were not ideal, and the noise level from activities outside the restaurant was bothersome.

So, we had a romantic escape at this hotel, and the scenery was breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning view from our room was truly unforgettable. The breakfast served here was beyond delicious, and the staff's hospitality made us feel right at home. We also loved the variety of activities available nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the area easily.
