The staff at the hotel, from start to end, were incredibly nice and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. the pool area was fantastic, and I loved that they provided towels so we didn't have to bring our own. the breakfast options were delicious, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. the shuttle service to the town center was a lifesaver, although at times it was a bit crowded. it was a wonderful stay.

doubletree by hilton in key west was an exceptional stay. from friendly staff to clean, comfortable rooms, everything exceeded expectations. the pool area was a highlight with towel service and a relaxing atmosphere. the complimentary shuttles and breakfast made the experience even better.

The shuttle service to downtown was convenient with on-time pick-up and courteous drivers. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Checking in and out was smooth. The wait staff was excellent and accommodating.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a fantastic hotel in Key West. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. They truly treated me like a VIP, and it made my stay even more special.

We were surprised by the amazing pool area, perfect for lounging and relaxing. Our room was spacious, and the free breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a Key West getaway.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was a bit away from the main area, but the free shuttle service made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety of options.

I absolutely loved the pool, Gumbo Limbo bar and grill, and the fact that the pool stays open after dark. The cabanas were a nice touch and the soft chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were delicious. Checking in and out was a breeze, allowing me to quickly relax after a long drive. Definitely a great place to stay.

The location, about 4.5 miles from downtown, is easily accessible with a free hourly shuttle bus. Ramp access to the pool area allows wheelchair access. The pool area is clean with plenty of loungers and towels provided. Rooms are comfortable with good showers and regular towel changes. Excellent staff and shuttle service.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Key West for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located away from crowded areas, but still offers transportation to all the must-visit places on the island. The pool area was lovely, and the front desk was clean and had snacks available. The parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast had a great variety to choose from.

I can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a great location near the Florida Straits waters, Smathers Beach, airport, and shopping. The shuttle bus service was frequent and convenient. The concierge and staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had comfortable down-filled pillows and comforter. The hotel also offered a beach shuttle and free room upgrade.

We had a great stay at this hotel which is conveniently located close to downtown Key West. The staff, especially James from Front Office and Joshua from F & B, were eager to help in any way we needed. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The shuttle service to downtown was reliable and convenient.

The concierge service was not up to par, as they seemed more interested in promoting local tourist activities than in genuinely helping guests.

We recently took a romantic trip to Key West and the hotel where we stayed was very convenient. the shuttle service provided made it very easy for us to get around the area. we were pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary champagne and chocolates when we arrived. the pool area was beautiful and made for a great spot to relax in during the day.

The noise level was quite high, particularly at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while the hotel was relatively close to the attractions we wanted to visit, the surrounding area was not very picturesque.
