The bathrooms are high-end and the showers are amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing, perfect for lounging.

The hotel is slightly away from the beach, which may require a leisurely stroll down hill to reach the sea front.

They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also a highlight, with it being just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Another great aspect was the delicious food, especially the scrumptious Moroccan options. the global menu choices were a nice touch as well.

There were a couple of negative aspects that stood out. One was the constant loud music playing in the pool area, which could be quite distracting at times.

The bathroom had a noticeable smell of drains which was a bit unpleasant. It would have been nice to have complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room and the surrounding area could use some improvement with the closed or abandoned shops and busy roadworks.

The breakfast offered a simple but sufficient spread of both cold and warm food, and the coffee was surprisingly tasty.

Although Agadir wasn't exactly our cup of tea in terms of local culture, this hotel truly saved our holiday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, helping us book excursions and quad rides at reasonable prices.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the rooms were comfortable. The hospitality from all the workers, including reception, spa, kitchen, and security, was warm and helpful. The breakfast provided a good variety of tasty options, and the outside and rooftop areas were great for relaxation. We would definitely return.
