We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski slopes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant served delicious food.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with excellent views of the slopes. The location is close to the ski slopes and forest, providing a beautiful setting and fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an excellent and inexpensive restaurant on-site, as well as a nice breakfast. Perfect for budget travelers.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our skiing trip, right by the slopes. The room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the mountains. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff were polite and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to the slopes and ski rental facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and well-heated, providing a comfortable refuge after an active day in the snow. We also loved the half-board option, which provided delicious and varied meals every day.

We were disappointed that we could not bring our ski gear into our room and were charged extra for storage. while the hotel advertised a hot tub and a heated pool, they were not fully functional during our stay.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. Great location, close to bars and ski lift, perfect for a ski holiday. The staff at the reception and ski rental were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were able to rent ski equipment for a great price right from the hotel lobby, which was convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our stay.

Some of the restaurant staff were not friendly and did not seem willing to accommodate non-Bulgarian speakers. The breakfast hot food was not always hot and lacked variety, with the same options being offered every day.

We had a great experience at Ice Angels. The hotel is constructed with care and has all the amenities of a four-star hotel. The location is wonderful, right next to the ski slopes. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the option of horseback riding nearby. we highly recommend Ice Angels for a fantastic mountain getaway.
