The concierge was proactive, arranging car service from the airport. Spotless room with huge shower and comfortable king bed. Helpful spa services and wonderful breakfast. Phenomenal location near restaurants and shops.

During our Easter holiday, we had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Palma de Mallorca. One of the best aspects of our experience was the warm and friendly welcome we received from the staff. They were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. the breakfast spread was another highlight, offering a feast of options to suit every taste. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to the old town and main streets.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not entirely pleased with during our stay. the room to the bathroom was not divided by a door, but only by a large curtain, which lacked privacy.

I had the most incredible stay at this stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. the recent renovation has truly transformed the rooms and public areas, which are now beautifully presented and classic in design. the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring that every need was met. the hotel's location was also ideal, being conveniently close to Palma's old town. I particularly loved the spa and rooftop jacuzzi pool - the perfect place to relax and unwind. the 7-star service provided by the attentive and speedy staff was truly outstanding. I already can't wait to return!

The service I received was exceptional from the moment I booked. They took care of everything, from organizing transfers to arranging surprises. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel had a beautiful, characterful 19th-century decor. The location was perfect for exploring the old town. The rooftop pool was a highlight, especially watching the sunset with a bottle of cava. a perfect and memorable stay.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and exclusivity. the service provided by the friendly and attentive staff exceeded our expectations, ensuring all our needs were met with a genuine smile. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool were top-notch, providing a range of treatments to choose from. the Rooftop pool and Sun terrace were heavenly, offering stunning views of the surroundings, making us feel pampered and relaxed.

The only minor downside was the limited menu at the Snack bar, as we were looking for something specific that was not available. But this was quickly rectified by the availability of In-room breakfast, which was of the highest quality and delicious.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. The location was convenient to explore without using data. We enjoyed the rooftop section for drinks.

I recently stayed at Summum Prime Boutique in the city centre for a brief trip. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The interior of the hotel was lovely, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly Emma and Christina, were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The management even went above and beyond to accommodate us when the spa was being refurbished, arranging for us to use a nearby spa and even leaving a complimentary bottle of Moët in our room. The whole team was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant staff were excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was tastefully decorated, clean, and had a wonderful scent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were both beautiful and filled with historical charm. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff were also great at providing recommendations and arranging special surprises for my mother's birthday. The private plunge pool on the roof was an added bonus, offering a serene and exclusive sunbathing spot. this hotel provided an outstanding level of service and comfort, making our stay truly memorable.

Had a decent Xmas break, it was fairly priced and staff were welcoming. the breakfast terrace area was really pretty and I enjoyed it. Also the location was great, close to nice restaurants and attractions. the hotel overall was nicely furnished and decorated.

The room was too small and there was an odd smell. the dinner was overpriced and not particularly good.
