All was perfect

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by mountains and offering stunning views. The outdoor restaurant amidst the forest provides a unique and refreshing dining experience. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the gondola, making it easily accessible for trekkers and skiers. The spa area also faces the mountains, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

One drawback of the hotel is the language barrier, as some of the staff members may not speak fluent English or Russian.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The mountain view from my room was breathtaking. The spa facilities were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was convenient with many nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi signal. the hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast which was convenient for my business trip.

The hotel was quite noisy at night and even earplugs didn't help. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were not very welcoming.

Second visit loved it all over again! Rooms, staff, food, facilities all customer-friendly. Highly recommend. Don't forget the spa, best massages ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in this lovely area with breathtaking mountain views is simply stunning. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and made us feel special throughout our stay. The facilities, including the spa, were well-maintained and exceeded our expectations.

As young people, we loved the spectacular mountain view and nice spa. The daytime at the spa was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The cozy lobby with a fireplace provided a perfect place to relax and play games or read books. The food was delicious, especially the farm cheese, ham, and wine which were sourced from the hotel's own farm.

Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

We had an amazing experience at a superb complex. the location was ideal, offering breathtaking views. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. the food, mainly produced by the hotel, was of excellent quality and offered a wide variety. the spa area was perfect for relaxation, with a large, clean pool and cozy facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful. the shuttle bus to the ski area was convenient and always punctual. it was a great experience and we would definitely come back with our family.
