The hotel boasted a beautiful inner courtyard and some lovely artwork, which was a nice touch. it was situated in a great location, close to the bustling market and a square that was perfect for sightseeing. the friendly staff added to the pleasant experience, making it a nice stay overall.

The noise levels were appalling and ruined the entire visit. Loud street vendors and barking dogs made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs;

Charming and spacious rooms with high ceilings and rustic decor. Well-situated on the main square with minimal noise. Breakfast menu offers a variety of delicious dishes. The building is beautiful and nicely decorated. Notable features include a grand piano and unlit fireplace.

The location of this venue is perfect, situated on the smaller Patzcuaro's squares, it provides easy access to the busiest plaza in town. The hotel offers an array of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly attentive, quick to respond to any requests I had. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel is located right on the main square, making it convenient for exploring the local area. The traditional Spanish/Mexican architecture and balcony are beautiful. The staff is friendly and the bellman even helped us find a parking spot in front of the hotel.

There was constant loud noise from the street that could be heard inside the room from 8am to midnight.
