We had an amazing stay at a luxury hotel in Bansko. The spacious room had a beautiful mountain view. The spa complex was excellent, and we loved spending time in the outside jacuzzi and thermal pool. The Steam Room with menthol aroma was a refreshing experience. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The staff was polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Kempinski provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
