We had an amazing stay at a luxury hotel in Bansko. the spacious room had a beautiful mountain view. the spa complex was excellent, and we loved spending time in the outside jacuzzi and thermal pool. the Steam Room with menthol aroma was a refreshing experience. the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. the staff was polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Kempinski provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There are some areas of improvement needed, such as replacing the carpet with wood flooring for better hygiene and easier cleaning.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a terrace that provided a stunning view. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, pool table, and other facilities the hotel offered. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
