The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by tall pine trees and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed taking walks among the trees and soaking in the coolness of the forest.

We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in a beautiful forest surrounded by pine trees. The location was stunning, offering amazing views of the mountains through the surrounding forest. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff was kind and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised when they went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday by decorating our room with balloons and providing kid's champagne. It was truly a memorable experience!

Had a decent stay during Christmas. Appreciated the free wifi and daily housekeeping service provided. Location was great--close to the slopes and nearby restaurants which was super convenient. Got an upgrade to a spacious room upon check-in which was a pleasant surprise.

Not a fan of the food served, it lacked variety and wasn't enjoyable. Noticed that the towels in our room were stained and could have been cleaner.

I recently had a fantastic solo ski trip at a hotel nestled in the mountains just outside the main area of the resort. The location allowed me to be one of the first on the fresh snow each morning, giving me an exhilarating start to my ski day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. I also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were a nice bonus.

I did experience some minor inconveniences due to the overcrowded shuttle bus at peak times.
