The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel provided convenient shuttle service to Erciyes ski resort.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the lack of beach umbrellas, making it somewhat difficult to fully enjoy the sun terrace. However, this was only a small inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great experience staying at a hotel close to the airport. Although there weren't many activities or restaurants nearby, we were only there for a brief stay so it wasn't a major issue. The room at the Wyndham Grand was fantastic - clean, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

To be fair, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay. 😊

With its proximity to the mountain, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of natural beauty. Additionally, being in the "fiber optic capital" of Turkey, guests can expect excellent connectivity throughout their stay.

Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which could be a minor inconvenience for non-Turkish speaking guests.
