The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and a shopping center nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel provided convenient shuttle service to Erciyes ski resort.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions. the exclusive amenities provided were luxurious and surpassed our expectations. the swimming pool area was well, maintained and enjoyable. the massage services were top, notch, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the full, body massage was something we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a pampering experience. the restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, including special diet menus, making it easy for us to find something fitting our dietary requirements.

this was only a small inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great experience staying at a hotel close to the airport. Although there weren't many activities or restaurants nearby, we were only there for a brief stay so it wasn't a major issue. the room at the Wyndham Grand was fantastic - clean, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was also clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a prime location for exploring the vibrant center of Kayseri. With its proximity to the mountain, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of natural beauty. Additionally, being in the "fiber optic capital" of Turkey, guests can expect excellent connectivity throughout their stay.

Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which could be a minor inconvenience for non-Turkish speaking guests.

The breakfast was good with an array of options to choose from. the hotel had a good location with easy access to major attractions. the view from the top floor was breathtaking.

The hotel room was not well-maintained, carpets were dirty, and the shower was not working properly. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience during their vacation.
