Clean, comfortable rooms with a stunning view of Mt. Snezhanka. The hotel has recently been renovated and the decor is impressive. The staff at the concierge desk were helpful and spoke good English. The restaurant served delicious and high-quality food, with a wide selection. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were discreet and efficient.

Amazing rooms and amenities, including a spacious spa area and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations and the addition of tea/coffee making facilities. The pool was large and inviting. Although we encountered some noise issues, the overall experience was satisfying. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a well-renovated hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel staff provided helpful and friendly service. The buffet breakfast could be improved, but there were plenty of facilities available, including a spa with a big choice of saunas and a well-maintained gym. The location was convenient, with a single functional trolley to the ski center, and it was centrally located in the heart of Pamporovo. Plus, the hotel was close to the ski slope, offering easy access for skiing.

The parking spaces were limited, which was inconvenient for guests with vehicles.

What a great way to start the year! My recent stay at this hotel was just what I needed. the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the ski lifts. the all-inclusive package was definitely a plus since it included flights and transfers. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a stocked fridge and walk-in shower. the hotel had a great pool and gym, which I took advantage of. the bars within the complex were also a great choice for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

There were some downsides to the stay. the restaurant left much to be desired, with limited food options and below average quality.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at the poolside snack bar. the staff took a longer time to deliver our orders.
