The hotel is in a great location, right off the main street with plenty of shopping and restaurants and a view of the Arc de Triomphe. It's also just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Arch de Triomphe, shopping, food, pharmacy, and other necessities. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The housekeeping service was poor, with dirty rooms throughout our stay and essential items not being restocked.

I had a fantastic weekend here with my partner! The location was excellent, right near the metro and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was lovely, cozy, and had a modern yet classy feel to it. The staff, especially Francis, were incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel had awesome access to transportation, making it a breeze to hit up all the cool spots. We partied like crazy at Plaza Mayor and danced the night away at the Royal Palace. And guess what? We even caught a sick concert at the Opera. It was the ultimate trip for us fun-loving teens!

The only thing we wished for was a happening nightclub nearby. We wanted to keep the party going after exploring the city, but we had to venture a bit farther for some late-night fun.
