I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was in a very quiet area, almost on the outskirts of the city. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and an excellent view. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the basic amenities provided to the sofa in the room. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money.

The hotel had a pleasant balcony where I could enjoy some fresh air and take a break from the busy city atmosphere.

There was no kitchen equipment or cutlery provided in the kitchenette, which made it difficult to prepare meals or even have a simple cup of tea. I had to request a kettle and a couple of mugs from the reception, which was a bit inconvenient.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient. There were a few places nearby where I could grab a nice cup of coffee or tea. Although the hotel is situated almost on the outskirts of the city, it didn't pose much of a problem as there was a bus stop nearby where I could catch a bus to any place I wanted. Alternatively, I could easily get a taxi to the city center for a reasonable price.

There was one downside to my experience at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was only okay, lacking variety and options for vegetarians.

The hot drinks on offer were great, hot chocolate was a lovely surprise on a cold evening. the rooms had fantastic views of the city, it was really a nice touch. Location is perfect - so close to shopping and restaurants.

The Christmas decorations were really uninspired, it felt like they hadn't really put much effort into it. the bed was really uncomfortable, it felt like the mattress was past it's best.
