Staying here was a great decision. The location was a bit outside of the main hustle and bustle, but it was easy to get around. I really appreciated the free shuttle service and the 24-hour reception. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. The swimming pool and fitness centre were both great ways to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff here were fantastic and gave the best service I could ask for!

Additionally, the attached shopping mall, Viva Home, added convenience with plenty of food options and superstores. The view from the top floors was also impressive. The hotel's location near the city centre was incredibly convenient, and we loved that it was just a short walk away from a shopping mall and cinema. The receptionist provided great service, even when we arrived late during heavy rain. The secure card access throughout the hotel was a nice touch, giving us peace of mind. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay, with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

We recently had a romantic escape and we had a really great stay. the hotel had two complementary pieces that we really enjoyed: a good WIFI connection and a very clean swimming pool. the location was just right for our purpose, as it allowed us to avoid most of the traffic and thus save us time for other things to do. Finally, we really appreciated the great breakfast selection that was offered every morning.

we had a bit of trouble finding the correct lift to the lobby from the parking area. we found the power sockets to be limited and difficult to access, which made it hard for us to charge our electronics.
