Convenient location near the university, making it easy to visit my son. The budget hotel was clean and provided free parking. The nearby shopping complexes and convenience shops made it convenient for getting food and other necessities. The shuttle bus to the gym and swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The hotel's location is great, as it is not far from the KTm station and right in the center of town. The room was quite spacious and had two double beds, which was a nice advantage. The bathroom came with a bathtub, but it may not be suitable for people with mobility concerns. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of power outlets near the bed and dressing table.

The cleanliness of the hotel's toilets was lacking, with dirty walls and rusty amenities, as mentioned in previous reviews.
