During our stay at Rila Hotel, we had a wonderful time relaxing in the spa. The facilities were excellent, especially the sauna area, which was clean and very enjoyable. After a day of skiing, it was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The hotel's spa definitely added value to our stay and made it even more memorable. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the on-site parking made our visit hassle-free, and the location was perfect for exploring Borovets. the comfortable beds and breathtaking views were the icing on the cake.

I had an amazing time in the snow-covered mountains! the hotel's breakfast was really delicious and offered a great variety. Another complementary aspect was the friendly staff who were always on hand to help. the hotel's location right near the ski slope was perfect and made it really easy to rent equipment. the spacious and clean room with a beautiful view of the mountains was really enjoyable.

The service at the terrace lounge was a bit slow, and the restaurant's wine was not up to my standards in terms of the price they charged. However, none of these factors had a major impact on my trip, and overall I had a really wonderful time.

I recently stayed at Rila Hotel for a family ski trip. The hotel's recent renovation was noticeable, with beautifully designed rooms that had a tasteful and elegant interior. The family room was spacious enough for all of us, and we appreciated the free baby beds provided. The hotel personnel were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the ski runs and nearby bars and restaurants. The reasonable prices, excellent facilities, and stunning view from the restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable.
