Loved the "express" check-in and check-out, because who wants to waste time? And the free bikes were a blast, until I realized I haven't ridden one in 10 years.

I had a wonderful time staying at this centrally-located hostel in Veliko Tarnovo. The hostel is charmingly decorated with a home-like atmosphere, making it feel cozy and inviting. The WiFi worked well throughout the hostel, including the bedrooms. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the bus station, Tsarevets, and Samovodska Charsia all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this hostel for a pleasant stay in Veliko Tarnovo.

Great facilities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and free use of the washing machine. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hostel also has a nice common area where I was able to meet other travelers and socialize.

The noise from the common area was quite bothersome, especially when there were rowdy guests late in the evening. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing experience at this hostel. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. the charming house, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen were all perfect. Maria, the host, was incredibly helpful and gave us a map of the town, showing us all the must-see spots. She even took the time to help us plan our trip to Bucharest. We were delighted when she offered us a coffee. We can't wait to come back and experience the warm hospitality again. Oh, and Maria, if you find my lost earring, you'll be the lucky person!

One major downside was the lack of privacy in the room. It was situated right in the middle of the common area, and there was little separation between the bed area and the rest of the space.

My private room upstairs was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view. the hostel had a well-stocked kitchen where I could cook meals and they even provided coffee and tea. the shared bathrooms were cleaned daily and there were common areas both inside and out where I could meet other travelers. the staff were very accommodating and the owner even picked me up from the bus station. I felt at home from the first second and the host, Maria, was wonderful. it was my best hostel experience ever!

The hosts were super friendly and gave us all the information we needed for a perfect romantic escape. The wooden interior and cozy atmosphere made us instantly feel at home. The spacious and spotless clean room and bathroom were a delight, complete with towels and toiletries provided. Plus, the central location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy nights out with other guests.

A couple of downsides to mention: there were no lockers, which made us a bit uneasy about the safety of our belongings. the bathroom tended to get flooded after every use, and the lack of hooks or bars to hang our clothes and towels was a bit inconvenient.
