Nestled in the serene mountains of Samoeng district loop road, Flora Creek offers a tranquil retreat in the midst of nature. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, while the beautiful gardens create a picturesque setting. Housekeeping is attentive and reliable, ensuring a clean and tidy room. The hotel also goes above and beyond when it comes to guest safety, as evidenced by the honest housekeeping staff who returned a guest's forgotten diamond rings.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the breakfast and staff at the restaurant, leave room for improvement.

The gardens around the rooms were beautifully maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere. the spacious rooms are one of the best aspects of the hotel, with comfortable and well-decorated spaces. the location offers stunning views of the surrounding natural environment, which makes the stay peaceful and relaxing.

There are a few areas of the hotel that need improvement. the hotel bikes and some furniture in the room clearly lacked proper maintenance, which impacted the overall stay.

the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers offered a relaxing experience to unwind. the secluded location added to the serenity and beauty of the garden area. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and well-maintained with elegant interiors and comfortable furnishings. We also enjoyed savouring the delicious dinner at the restaurant.

There was a minor issue with the limited options of the buffet breakfast, but the staff was courteous and prompt in addressing any requests we had.
