Clean, cozy rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely Bulgarian charm. Delicious food with a good variety. Great location for a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful winter holiday just outside of the main Borovets centre. The rooms were tidy, clean, and smelled nice. The bathroom had a super powerful shower. The staff was considerate and even celebrated Mother's Day with special gestures. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and we enjoyed the Bulgarian cuisine. Our kids loved playing in the snow and relaxing in the jacuzzi. We are already planning our next winter holiday!

There was a dog next door that barked in the early hours of the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Breakfast and dinner were served in a buffet style, which offered a good variety of hot dishes. the hotel's location was a short walk away from the ski lifts and also had good access to public transport. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities.

The hotel did not offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. the heating system in the room was not very efficient, and it was quite cold in the room during the night.

Additionally, the location of the hotel just outside of the main Borovets center was perfect, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
