Our stay at the hotel was fabulous. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel is located close to the Botanical Garden, pedestrian area, shops, and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers underground parking, which is convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a very beautiful area with easy access to the Botanical Garden and Balchic Palace. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with modern and comfortable furniture. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and spoke English fluently, which made my check-in a breeze.

All in all, everything was great and I couldn't find any faults.

Had a great Xmas break. Location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and accommodating. the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch. the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The noise from construction work in the hotel was quite disruptive at times. the breakfast buffet was a bit limited in terms of options, and some items were not replenished in a timely manner.

The room was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere for my vacation. The hotel staff, especially the kind receptionists, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
