I recently stayed at a hotel right on the shores of the amazing Lake Tanganyika. The location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views and relaxing on the beach. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant offered excellent food and service, with a variety of options for both breakfast and dinner.

I did experience a minor issue with room service. Despite placing an order, it was not recorded in the system and the staff seemed indifferent about the error.

A lot of the staff spoke multiple languages, which made communication easy. The hotel is popular with government officials and hosts exciting events. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The pools, playground, and beach access made our stay enjoyable. Our friends in Burundi also said this was the nicest hotel in the whole country. we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to both the airport and the town centre. the rooms are beautifully designed and the facilities are excellent. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the bar area next to the pool, perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot day. the staff were very helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

We found the breakfast menu to be a bit limited in terms of diversity. some of the rooms with a beach view did not offer a clear view of the lake due to trees on the beach.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities and it fulfilled all our needs and expectations. The spa and wellness center with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace are top-notch. The restaurant and bar/lounge area with in-room breakfast options, poolside snacks, and special dinner menus offer an excellent dining experience. The private facilities with manicure, pedicure, beauty treatments, and massage have a beautiful garden area and beach access.

Although the service is commendable, we found an issue with the entertainment. There were no live performances or karaoke sessions, and the leisure/ TV room was poorly equipped.
