I recently stayed at La Zebra Hotel for a long weekend getaway and it was phenomenal. The rooms were clean, cooled, and smelled like a luxurious spa. The staff, especially Cintia, Seima, and their teams, were attentive. They booked our transportation, scooter rental, and activities, and provided great suggestions. Will and his team of bartenders and restaurant staff were also attentive and kept us hydrated. The spa day was personalized and intimate. The attention to detail was apparent throughout our stay. Highly recommend bottomless taco night, fish tacos, and frozen margaritas. A magical stay, hope to return soon.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable furniture and strong air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of comfy seating at the beach club with beautiful white sand and pristine waters. Tasty and reasonably priced food with amazing passionfruit margaritas. Lovely thoughtful touches, such as tea and chocolate delivered each night and pillow spray that smelt divine.

The rooms are chic and comfortable. The food is great with the best coffee bar. The staff is incredible, attentive and helpful. Francisco and Isaias provided outstanding service.

Couldn't fault.

Located right on one of the cleanest parts of the beach, this hotel offers luxury with a laid-back feel. The room with the plunge pool was a highlight and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The service was outstanding, especially from Beto, Mario, and Luis who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast in the open-air restaurant was delicious and the local eggs with tomato were a must-try. The cabanas by the pool were perfect for relaxing with a drink and a book.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront hotel. The new pool on the 2nd floor was a fantastic addition, offering the chance for long laps and often being empty. The drinks and service at the restaurant were top-notch, and most of the menu items were excellent. The hotel is family-friendly and provides a fun atmosphere. Additionally, the location is in the heart of everything on Tulum beach, with easy access to killer restaurants up the road.

The highlight of our stay at La Zebra A Colibri Boutique was the amazing service provided by Beto. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival and even helped us find the perfect spot on the beach. Beto's attentive and helpful nature made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and luxurious, with great AC. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants in this city and conveniently located on Tulum beach, providing easy access to the beautiful beach.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The beach club at the hotel was the best part of our Christmas vacation. the food was excellent and we loved the Mulberry project bar. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Erick and Jose in the beach club. They were attentive and friendly, making our holiday enjoyable. the beach was beautiful with comfortable beds and there was a kids play area and pool, perfect for families. the beach club ticked all the boxes for a great vacation.

We had an amazing stay at La Zebra! The staff quickly accommodated us to a quieter room and even had a doctor come to the hotel within a half hour for my son's ear infection. The restaurant food was delicious and the beach beds were comfy. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can't believe the value we got for our money at La Zebra! The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated us like royalty, always available and ready to help.

As young people, we absolutely loved the beach club and the amazing food and service at La Zebra. The beach had soft white sand and pristine waters, perfect for lounging and floating with the waves. The rooms were spacious and clean, with strong air conditioning to cool off after a day in the sun. The staff were incredible from the front desk to the wait staff to the cleaning staff. The passionfruit margaritas were a standout and we highly recommend them. the facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic stay.
