As a group of friends, we loved the location of the hotel. It was just a 5-minute tuk tuk ride into town, providing a peaceful respite from the noise. The hotel also offered complimentary tuk tuk rides, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff at Bunwin Siem Reap were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and clean stay. The pool area felt like an oasis, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was delicious and made to order. The prices for exploring the temples and the region were fair and the hotel even provided us with a local mobile phone while we were out. excellent value for money and a hotel we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The hotel is located slightly away from the main city center, but this actually adds to its charm. It is nestled down some back streets, giving it a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. it is conveniently close to a local market, allowing guests to experience the authentic local culture and cuisine.

The lane leading to the hotel is full of potholes, which can make the ride to the hotel a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing tuk tuk service! I loved how easy it was to explore the city with their complimentary rides. The driver was friendly and helpful, making our temple tours a breeze. The hotel also provided a cellphone for us to call for pick-up, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the best pillows and a super comfy bed. The pool area was a little piece of paradise, with comfy loungers and great margaritas from the bar staff. We even ordered lunch to our pool lounger, which was a delightful experience. The food at the restaurant was tasty, especially the Cambodian noodles for breakfast. The staff were excellent and always willing to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious space for me to relax in. I especially loved the breakfast, which was made to order and gave me a "feel at home" vibe. It was such a nice touch to have unlimited free water bottles available throughout my stay.

The tuk-tuk rides included in the hotel cost were very convenient. They took us to the airport and to the city center without any problem. Plus, having a mobile phone to call the hotel was a great detail that made us feel safe when we were out. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which is always a plus. the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was clean and refreshing.

The internet connection was slow, and we had to go to the lobby to use it properly, which was a downside. the room we were given had some mosquitos, which was a little annoying.
