I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything in Chattanooga, including the beautiful riverfront. The hotel itself was vibrant and eye-catching, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my experience even better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with very pretty rooms and a cozy sitting space next to the restaurant, complete with a fireplace. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of most attractions in this city. Additionally, the hotel offered valley parking, which was a convenient amenity.

We were blown away by the beauty and elegance of this hotel. Despite a minor issue with the pool being closed, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, and the coffee shop has delicious options. We enjoyed being within walking distance of great food and sights. we highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the valet parking opening our doors to taking our leftover food to our room, their attention to detail was commendable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms and a rooftop restaurant called the Whiskey Thief, which offers breathtaking views of the city. The location is ideal, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and downtown activities.

The hotel had a convenient location, near the river, restaurants, and local shops. the food from the restaurant/bar upstairs was delicious and the staff was friendly.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the pool was quite small and the cleanliness was lacking.

My stay at The Edwin Hotel Autograph Collection was fantastic! The location in the Art District was perfect, with the walking bridge and Hunter Museum right next door. The valet service was exceptional, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel's unique furnishings and artwork throughout added a special touch to the common areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel for its great design, decor, and exceptional service.

One small drawback was that there was no room service available. However, the rooftop bar was a nice alternative, although seating was required and there were no TVs for sports viewing.

The staff was very careful in ensuring the safety for guests. 50% occupancy, everyone masked, spacing in the restaurant and restrictions on using the elevator. Great service from Rett and Javier at the front desk. Fantastic location and good-sized rooms. The hotel staff shows they care about safety issues.

Located on a hill, it's very close to everything including restaurants and local shops. The beautiful rooftop bar offers an excellent view. The staff is welcoming and the boutique style of the property is unique.

The service was a comedy of errors, with a long wait for drinks and missing ingredients in food.
