I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lake Mary area and had a generally pleasant experience. the location of this hotel was great for the activities I had planned. It was close to attractions as well as places to visit, shop, and eat. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and accommodating to all my questions. They looked at me like I was crazy when I had a minor issue, but they quickly resolved it. The basic amenities in the room were great and comfortable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was quite possibly the best free breakfast I have had. The selection was more than adequate and there were various foods to choose from.

Although my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Some aspects of cleanliness, such as the bathroom and the glasses next to the ice bucket, were not up to par.

Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and there was even Starbucks coffee available for purchase at the counter.

We had a late check-out, which was honored by the kind front desk attendant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with cozy sheets and pillows that made for a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right across the street from a grocery store, bank, and next to a Walgreens. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. the staff members were friendly and had a great attitude, making our stay enjoyable.

The shower head in our room could definitely use an upgrade. It did the job, but it would have been nice to have a better water pressure and flow.

Complimentary breakfast was a plus. the hotel's location, near several dining and shopping options, was convenient. I also enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds.

Had to change rooms due to a strong odor in the first room. the pool area could use some additional shade.

I stayed at Hyatt Place in Lake Mary for a family trip and we were very satisfied with our experience. The staff was excellent and attentive, and the breakfast setup was clean and delicious. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee and orange juice were really great, and the personnel were awesome. Despite a minor issue with the pillows and ants in the bathroom, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back in the future.
