The bed was comfortable and the view from room 917 was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early without us asking. The location is great for exploring the nearby mountains and country parks. a fantastic experience.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience for our family! The location is convenient and just a few steps away from the university station, which leads you to the major shopping center in the area. The spacious rooms have all the necessary amenities, including two large TVs and comfortable bedding. The food at Shatin18 restaurant is delicious, with the peking duck being a must-try. The pool is divine and great for kids.

It's a shame that the shuttle to the airport express is no longer available.

Comfortable beds and pillows in the room. Outdoor pool open all day with mountain views. Nearest MTR station within walking distance for cheap access to shopping mall.

our stay at Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin was amazing. The staff was so accommodating, especially Katrina at the front desk. The hotel had great facilities and a beautiful location near the university and MTR. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. The Chinese food at Shatin 18 was amazing. The Peking Duck and the barbecued pork were both perfectly cooked. The desserts were unique and delicious. We also enjoyed the lovely pool and the relaxing MELO Spa. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Our two-night stay at Hyatt Regency was perfect for our vacation. The room cleaner, Josephine, was exceptional, and the reception staff were great and professional. The food was tasty, and the scenery was relaxing. The hotel offered quality facilities, including a swimming pool and outdoor area. We were upgraded to a beautiful harbour view room and even received a complimentary bottle of wine. The Tin Tin Bar was a lovely spot for cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!
