We loved everything about this hotel! It was clean, modern, and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and hot water. The room had great A/C and the breakfast was delicious. The pool, spa, and rooftop bar had amazing views of the city. The location was convenient, with S-21 and the city market within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, located in a rather quiet street but nevertheless in the centre of this amazing city. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a great ensuite shower. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and polite. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views.

We found the prices in the restaurant and bar to be quite high compared to other nearby establishments.

During my stay at Hm Grand Central, I had a memorable experience at the rooftop bar. The atmosphere was lively and the mocktails were enjoyable. I even had a chance to try their cocktails, which were undrinkable, but the friendly waitress gladly replaced it for me. The breathtaking view from the rooftop bar added to the overall experience. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the pool and wellness area for relaxation after exploring the city. Good location with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff granted us an early check-in and the spacious room had a great view.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance to all the attractions. Additionally, there was a grocery store nearby, which was convenient. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff provided prompt and professional service. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection, and the pool was great!

There was a small disappointment with the hotel. The staff was unable to send postcards for me, and there were no options for late check-out due to high occupancy.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Central Market, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The Wi-Fi can be unstable in some of the higher floor rooms.
