The pool was a great feature, a nice size for swimming and a welcome relief from the heat. the location was key, just a short walk to the main attractions and the bustling night market. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with tour arrangements and making recommendations.

Paying with credit card was problematic, so it's advisable to have cash on hand. there were cheaper options for laundry services available nearby, making the hotel's laundry service quite expensive in comparison.

This hotel is definitely worth going to! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay super cozy. We loved the value for money, and especially enjoyed the central location - we were just a short walk from all the main attractions and activities, with Pub Street just around the corner. Our room was perfect too: air conditioning and a super comfortable bed, plus a fantastic bathroom. We also loved the delicious muesli breakfast that was included.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our endless requests, providing professional and friendly service. The hotel was impeccably clean, with hardworking staff ensuring it remained spotless. The location was ideal, situated on a peaceful street yet still in the center of everything. We were just a short walk away from the Night Market and close to Pub Street without being directly on it. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel facilities were excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The highlight was definitely the amazing swimming pool, where we could relax and unwind after exploring the temples. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming, always attentive and helpful. We can't praise them enough for their exceptional service.

For our recent trip to Siem Reap, we stayed at a charming hotel in a perfect location. Just a short walk from Pub Street, we were close to everything without feeling isolated. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and attentive. They even offered us a complimentary room and shower to use after we checked out and before our flight. The rooms themselves were beautiful and well-maintained, and the hotel had proper staffing levels. We were truly impressed and will definitely be back!

Stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The wet room shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

During our Xmas stay, we received two complementary tuk-tuk rides, which was a nice surprise. the hotel is located in a quiet street that is within walking distance to the city center and good eateries. We loved having a spacious room and a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area.

The towels and bed linen were old and unsightly, and the air conditioning in the room did not cool much. the shower area lacked a curtain, making the entire bathroom wet after using it.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly attentive and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They even organized complimentary transportation for us, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. the pool and rooms were also wonderful, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. the hotel's key location near the old market and easy access to the pub street by tuk-tuk was a great advantage.

there were several mosquitos in our room, which was a bit annoying. the hot water heater didn't work very well, resulting in less-than-ideal shower experiences.
