The location and views were spectacular, with a beautiful crescent building adding to the grand understated beauty. The gardens, outside terrace, and swimming pool were all excellent. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. Special requests were accommodated without any issues.

The location on the bay was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the sea. We loved being in a quiet and peaceful cove, away from the crowds, but still within a ten-minute walk to all the shops. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely outside terrace for drinks and a good swimming pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the challenging circumstances. The breakfast served was delicious and of high quality, with a good selection of hot and cold options.

The uncomfortable mattress and pillows in our room. Unfortunately, this led to a lot of broken sleep and discomfort throughout the night.

The location of the hotel, perched on the hill overlooking the beautiful coastline, offered breathtaking views. We enjoyed strolling down to the nearby Meadfoot beach. The staff provided good service, especially in the restaurant on two occasions. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a satisfactory start to our day. Additionally, the outdoor sitting area and small pool were lovely additions that added to the overall experience.

The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a restaurant and bar area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to all tastes. We were also impressed by the indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation. The Wi-Fi access was reliable, and the on-site car park was convenient.

This place would greatly benefit from improving their customer service. However, we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

our stay in torquay was fantastic, but this time at osborne hotel was truly exceptional. the location was perfect, with stunning sea views and a charming atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. we will definitely be back!

The location was great! We were close to the beach and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was nice and welcoming. the breakfast was pretty good, too.

The facilities were old and not well-maintained. We had some issues with the shower and the room was not clean.

The hotel is situated right on the seafront, allowing easy access to the beach below. It is also conveniently located fairly near to the town centre, making it convenient for exploring. The restaurant and terrace offer beautiful views of the surrounding area, providing a pleasant dining experience. some rooms have a sea view, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal scenery.

The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, need improvement.
