I had a great experience at Le Vincent in Phnom Penh. the hostel is conveniently located near the city centre, close to markets and nightlife areas. It was especially helpful that it is near the Giant Ibis station for easy bus transfers. the room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge, kettle, and safe. the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and clean towels. the internet connection was good, and the staff were friendly. a pleasant stay.

The staff were so helpful, arranging tours, storing my luggage, and doing my laundry. The location was fantastic, close to the old market and with airport pick-up service. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals and drinks.

Oh, and let's not forget the complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Such a great amenity!

They went out of their way to assist me with getting medication and providing drinks and food. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a small fridge, kettle, and safe. the hotel also offers good internet and has friendly staff. the location is excellent, with attractions like the riverside, museum, palace, market, and bus station nearby.

Despite its proximity to the nightlife, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out and arranging tours for us. the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with brand new amenities. We felt secure with the option to lock our valuables in a chest of drawers. Le Vincent hotel provided an excellent base for exploring the city.

Wifi connection unstable and hard to get.

The staff went above and beyond by arranging a cab to the Killing Fields at a great price. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city, with the night market within walking distance and other attractions just a short tuc-tuc ride away. The staff's assistance when I got sick was mind-blowing, providing medication and ensuring I had everything I needed. With a great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, this hotel was the perfect choice for our stay.

One major drawback of this hotel was the poor customer service. I had booked a room with two single beds well in advance, but upon arrival, I was told that the room was unavailable and no compensation or upgrade was offered.
