The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is away from the center of the city. It is not convenient to go to the night market or other restaurants. However, there is a cafe that's only half the way to pub street where you can grab a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is easy to identify amongst all the others when you're out at the temples.

The hotel's dinner+local dance package is not worth it as the food was average and the dance performance did not meet expectations.

Spent new year eve there with my husband. We got two free drinks and a fruit basket which was sweet of them. the pool was large and had a good view of the city and a lot of chairs, so we didn't have to worry about not getting one. the hotel was located near lots of shops and restaurants which was really convenient.

The breakfast was not my liking. A lot of the hot food was cold and there was not much variety.

The staff at Lotus Blanc were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly special during our stay. Our deluxe room with private balcony provided a relaxing ambiance, and we loved lounging beside the large outdoor swimming pool with its poolside bar. The two restaurants offered a delightful variety of Western and Cambodian cuisine, and our experience at the Cambodian restaurant was absolutely amazing thanks to Chef Pothea. The pool bar also served great snacks, with excellent service from barman Davin.

I recently stayed at Lotus Blanc for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, complete with nice balconies. The shower and bathrooms were a highlight, and the hotel didn't skimp on space. The breakfast offered a wide variety of continental and Asian options, and the staff poured fresh coffee and tea at the table. The pool was great, and the staff, including Mr Saveth and Ms Samba, went above and beyond to assist us with a stolen phone and transportation issues. The friendly and helpful staff truly made our stay unforgettable.

Beautiful place with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Pool area is great, and they provide towels even after hours. Easy tuk tuk access to town for only $3. Worth staying for the beautiful resort.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, spa centre, and a restaurant with delicious breakfast options. the service was exceptional, with helpful staff who assisted us in planning our activities. the Spa & wellness centre offers relaxing massages and sauna, perfect after a long day out exploring. the garden area was a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow internet connection in our room. there was a library with high-speed internet available for use.
