Stunning rooms with loads of space! The brekkie spread was tops with made-to-order omelettes, flipping delicious. Our chommie driver Savet was a legend, took us to Angkor Wat at 5am—well worth it! Cool temples and informative chats all day.

But the shower tended to overflow a bit, kind of a jol but not a deal-breaker.

the gym equipment is in dire need of upgrades, with broken and incomplete sets!!! Treadmills are jerky and could cause injury, and the ambient noise of the AC was quite bothersome!!! The location is a trek from the bustling center!!!

i almost gave lotus blanc a good review but just couldn’t. the air conditioning made loud noises all night, and the gym was basically a closet with broken equipment. i expected a better room after all these complaints but nope, nothing. who knew a pool woudl be chilly too? such a letdown, really.

Had a boss stay, la! The staff were well friendly, especially Kanika, who sorted a packed breakfast for our early flight. The food was mint too, couldn’t get enough of the noodle soup! One downside? Bit of a wait for airport pick-up. No complaints otherwise!

But dear, the air conditioning sounded like a jazz band all night, and the gym was seriously more of a cupboard! I left feeling like I had run a marathon instead of just lounging around.

The hotel had a huge pool (perfect for lounging after a day of exploring! ), and the gardens were beautifully landscaped. They even had a noodle station at breakfast that I couldn't get enough of! And the staff? ! Always smiling and super attentive.

No faults whatsoever.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend escape in Siem Reap with real value for money. The staff were super accommodating and I had one of the best spa treatments ever. Make sure to enjoy some time at the pool area for relaxation.

I enjoyed my time at this resort. The experience at the SPA was memorable, thanks to the unique Kerstin Florian products. I also visited a boutique shop selling excellent local products, including silk scarves and artwork. One night, I had a fantastic surprise birthday cake arranged by the staff at dinner. The bartenders made delightful cocktails. I appreciated the inviting atmosphere of the place while relaxing by the generously sized pool. Overall, it was a fulfilling stay.
