I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hostel in Phnom Penh. From the moment I arrived, the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of Mad Monkey enveloped me, making it immediately clear why this hostel has such a stellar reputation among travellers. One rep in particular, Katja, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped me join the events that I would enjoy the most. the hostel's location was also convenient, with a short walk to the Royal Palace and Genocide Museum. the dorm rooms were comfortable, the beds were large, and the bathrooms were spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent personal service. They even helped me change my bus and ferry tickets, thanks to Thy Thy! The hostel is clean and offers great facilities. I was able to arrange all my activities and transportation at the reception. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Plus, the hostel organizes fun social activities, including visits to bars in the lively BKK district.

I recently stayed at Mad Monkey in Phnom Penh for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the aircon made it easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. The wraps at the hostel were absolutely delicious, and Freddy, one of the staff members, was always there to help and even invited me to join in on activities. The location was central, making it convenient to explore the city, and the S21 + Killing fields excursion was a highlight. The pool was a great place to relax and meet new people. an amazing experience!
