We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the biggest shopping centre in Manado. It made it so convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service room service was excellent and the room amenities provided were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and spa facilities, which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and exploring. the hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly luxurious.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The Four Points By Sheraton in Manado is a brand new hotel with modern, high standard interiors. The suite room offered great views of the ocean and magnificent sunsets. The breakfast provided a large variation of options and the hotel had direct access to a shopping mall. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the modern design and facilities of this hotel. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the fast service provided by the housekeeping staff. the hotel's key location near a shopping center was a great advantage for us.

The front desk staff was slow on occasion and did not always communicate orders between themselves. We also had difficulty connecting with staff when we tried calling from our room.
