The breakfast and free room upgrade were nice touches. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to all the popular restaurants and shops. Plus, the bed was extremely comfortable.

We arrived tired and ready to get to our room, but were bombarded by a staff member trying to sell us on trips and activities. the pool was also disappointingly cold and tiny, not worth using.

Amazing customer service! Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and icy cold welcome drinks. Monica, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with a detailed map and recommendations for the best local attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that she had reserved a table for our anniversary dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Grill Wine Cafe. The food was delicious, especially the tenderloin and foie gras. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and Lucky Mall. We also appreciated the hotel's support for local charities. highly recommended!

The hot water in the shower was a bit cold, and the gym equipment could use an update. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall excellent experience.

We had an absolutely great time staying here. This place is located in the Centre of the city in a good and safe area. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodated our every request, and we were especially impressed with the service provided by the guest experience manager. Additionally, the room amenities were fantastic, including a great shower and comfortable bed.

We were very pleased with the service and quality of this venue. The leisure spa and wellness center was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax.

I recently stayed at Memoire D' Angkor Boutique and had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Siam Reap, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, especially Mark, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were met. The large swimming pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the temples. The restaurant offered a delicious dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of options. I also had a great experience at the hotel's hairdresser, with skilled and friendly staff. When I return to Siam Reap, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location impressed us as it was not far from Pub Street and the temples. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to easily get around with the transportation options available.
