As a budget traveler, I loved the free tuk tuk rides to the city center in the evening. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with external tour group issues. The room was spacious and the view from the second floor was lovely. The room service, laundry service, and breakfast were all excellent.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The hotel offered a great couples spa package, which included a massage and facial. the grounds were also well-manicured and had a lovely pool. the location was close to a popular tourist area, making it easy to find things to do.

Although the hotel was in a good location, it was a bit noisy at night. the breakfast had limited options and the staff could have been more attentive.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful oasis in Siem Reap. Metta Residence & Spa offered a spacious and contemporary room with a stunning pool view. the attentive staff went above and beyond, making our anniversary and engagement celebration extra special. the airport transfer service and free tuk-tuk to old town were convenient perks. the daily poolside happy hour with delicious cocktails and snacks was a delightful addition. We were impressed by the cleanliness, tasteful decorations, and the fresh lotus flowers in our room. a perfect and memorable experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are spacious with modern designs and comfortable beds. The service is exceptional, with complimentary airport transfers, tuk tuk shuttle service, and a guided tour to the Angkor temples. The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is slightly outside the city center, requiring a short tuk tuk ride to get to the main area.

Our 6-day stay at Metta was incredible. The new hotel offers spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom. The staff is amazing, with good English skills. The food, including at the pool bar, is delicious. They organized our visit to Angkor perfectly, even providing luxury breakfast boxes. The spa massages were the best in Asia. The free tuk-tuk service to the old town was so convenient. We spent entire days by the pool, thanks to the caring staff who made our stay easy and personalized. Special thanks to Mr. Kim for ensuring everything was top-notch.

Beautiful grounds, lovely pool and spa. Spacious room. Fantastic inclusions: daily breakfast, Khmer meal, massage. Amazing dinner and salad. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to town with tuk tuks. Showers available after check-out. A fantastic way to end our holiday.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with body wraps and facials to pamper myself. the outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and saltwater was a perfect spot to relax in the sun. the breakfast was fantastic and the poolside snack bar was a convenient way to indulge in delicious food. the private facilities were amazing, such as the Spa lounge and treatment room. the staff's service was excellent, always helpful and polite. the location was perfect, near the city centre and just a quick Tuk-Tuk drive away.

The only minor issue I had was with the live entertainment. While the music was pleasant, it was a bit too loud for my taste at the leisure/TV room.

The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The highlight was definitely the luxurious bathroom with a huge bath and a rainforest shower. The outdoor pool and bar area provided a perfect oasis of relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even surprised us with a birthday cake and room decorations. I highly recommend this lovely place for a memorable stay.
