Don’t miss the back, neck, and shoulder massage with lavender oils. it was heavenly!

Had a memorable stay with an amazing spa session that was just what I needed after long days of exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to help, like when they offered free tuk-tuk rides, making it easy to enjoy a night out after a day filled with culture and history.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I’d say it’s still worth it for the experience provided.

i had a wonderful long-term stay in siem reap and this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious junior suite double pool view room was perfect for relaxing after visiting angkor wat, and the breakfast buffet was a daily highlight. the staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making me feel at home throughout my visit.

While the spa treatments were exceptional, the laundry service could use more efficiency, as it took longer than expected to get our clothes back.

We had a wonderful family trip to explore the Angkor temples and had the most relaxing stay. The spacious Premier Deluxe Pool View room was perfect for us, and we really appreciated the peaceful pool area where our kids could play after our outings. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly how they made us feel valued and welcomed throughout our time there. The free tuk-tuk service was also an added bonus, making our travels into town seamless!

Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The bike tours were a fantastic way to explore the area. On the downside, the quick breakfast options could use more variety. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The Premier Deluxe Pool View room was spacious and comfortable for our family. Although the location is a bit far from the center, the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk, which makes it manageable. They addressed a couple of minor issues promptly, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.

A few elements seemed to lack the polish expected in a five-star establishment!!! Attention to maintenance could be improved, and the hotel might benefit from adding more unique cocktails to the happy hour menu!!!

the staff at metta residence & spa were incredibly kind and attentive. they went out of their way to prepare a romantic surprise for our engagement celebration! the spa treatments were heavenly, especially after exploring the temples. highly recommend their happy hour for delicious cocktails by the pool.

breakfast was decent, but could use more variety. perhaps a little more attention to detail.

We had such a great time staying here with friends! The place is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. We loved the free shuttle downtown from 5-8 PM. Don't miss the Apsara Dance and Khmer martial arts shows at Palm Garden for an enchanted evening. The poolside drinks from 6-7 PM were a fun treat too!

One minor downside was the lack of variety in the dessert options during lunch. I think they could have added a few more choices.

Limited selections at breakfast, but an amazing spa experience and beautiful rooms!
